TERMS OF PAYMENT:

 

PREPAID:

100% of the total price including HST with your approved quote prior to production. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

 

NON-ACCOUNT – DUE ON RERECIPT:

65% - Deposit: REQUIRED

 

A 65% deposit of the price with your approved quote prior to commencement. Quotes are valid for 30 days. This payment confirms your order for Creative Design Stairs & Railing Inc product in our estimation/planning, on-site measure, shop drawings if needed and production. We will provide prompt notice of our intention to commence manufacturing of Creative Design Stairs & Railing Inc products. We must receive the required deposit amount provided on your approved quote before we commence any and all on-site measures, planning, shop drawings, manufacturing. A failure to pay deposit in a timely manner will delay on-site measure, drawings, delivery and/or production of your order.

*PLEASE NOTE: Price is subject to change once on-site measurements are obtained, if they differ from the plan measurements, changed design during on-site visit, or customer supplied measurements.

Deposit Refund:

If for any reason, you would like to cancel the approved quote and/or cannot move forward, you may request a refund. It is solely the discretion of Creative Design Stairs & Railing Inc. to determine the amount refunded based on progress to date.

 

35% - Final Payment:

Final payment is due on date of invoice.

* Failure to pay final invoice on due date will begin the next appropriate stages up to and including; putting a lean on your home, filing with collections and/or court.

WANT TO BECOME AN ACCOUNT CUSTOMER?

 

To become an account customer and take advantage of our Net Terms, you must have a licensed business, have worked with us consecutively for a minimum 6 months to 1 year with an excellent payment history and request.  Based on the volume of projects given, it is solely the discretion of Creative Design Stairs & Railing Inc. to determine your Net Terms.

 

 

 

SUBMITTING A DEPOSIT:

 

Your deposit payment is conditional. Ownership passes only after the invoice price has been paid in full. We do not collect the GST/HST when receiving a deposit towards a taxable purchase. Creative Design Stairs & Railing Inc. collects the GST/HST on the deposit only when the deposit has been applied it to the final invoice.

 WE DO NOT ISSUE INVOICES FOR DEPOSIT PURPOSES.

Please use our quote reference number as reference to your deposit payments.

 

All items supplied and/or installed by Creative Design Stairs & Railing Inc. remain the property of Creative Design Stairs & Railing Inc. until the total balance is paid in full.
